I worked on the pitch for moneysupermarket.com and coined the line 'You're so MoneySupermarket, you don't even know it'. The recession was dragging everybody down, so we decided to celebrate the joy of saving money. I wrote the launch spot.
Later in the campaign we needed a way to include lots of messaging. So we created The £1000 Man. It was shortlisted at Cannes and was directed by the wonderful Speck/Gordon at Blink.
Each vignette from the title sequence was extended into a individual ad for a specific service. Here are the car and home insurance ones:
