This is a campaign I wrote for Budweiser. The whole thing is based on a goal I scored for my school in 1994. To date, it's the most successful UK Bud campaign. Here's the launch TV spot, directed by Mr Lol himself, Danny Kleinman:
Hundreds goals started coming in. We housed them all on the Bud website and made Goal Of The Week TV ads to keep the momentum of the campaign going. Here are a couple of them:

Towards the end of the season, before we announced the winning goal, we released films online of the pundits judging the contenders. This was the first teaser:
Then we got Martin Tyler - the voice of football - to commentate over the three winning goals, and we played them on TV on the final day of the season. Check them out - they're good:
And we shot the pundits analysing the winning goal and played it during the Champion's League final. It was a real dream come true for the winner, a guy called Quirky:
What I was thinking here was that people are probably wanting one more long copy ad to finish off the campaign, so I wrote this to celebrate the winning goal:
The campaign was both a commercial and critical success, winning 7 MOBOs.
